We proudly offer authentic Montessori programs for children ages 2 through 3rd grade,
designed to foster independence and curiosity. Whether during the school year or summer camp,

Alden Montessori provided a wonderful education for both of our boys. Our eldest son attended from ages two through nine. Our youngest started at two and is currently in the bilingual primary classroom. Each multi-age community has enriched their knowledge and grown their love of learning.

Montessori education provides a unique environment with opportunities for independence, mentorship, and curiosity. Over the past eight years, we’ve watched our children chase their passions exploring the natural world, creating artworks, and sharing more facts about Komodo dragons than we ever thought were possible while mastering math, reading, and cursive. Montessori truly focuses on developing the whole child and we’ve seen that with both of our sons.

One of the best parts of Alden has been the community we’ve found within the school. Here the kids experience parties, potlucks, and play with their peers. They explore their community with Kindergarten field trips, and head farther afield in the elementary to museums, nature preserves, and historic sites. The school is staffed with wonderful teachers and experienced administrators. Parents are generous with their time as volunteers. Alden is truly a close community, and we’re grateful to be a part of it. Bring your children to Alden, it is an incredibly exceptional school! – Sean and Katie McKee

My daughter has been attending Alden for almost a year and I drop her off every morning knowing she is getting meaningful instruction. I can call Alden’s staff any time of the day to check on my daughter and they happily oblige. The have awesome features like a password protected photo album that’s updated weekly, amazing enrichment courses (my not even 2 year old knows several Spanish phrases and loves the toddler gymnastics classes!), and their staff is professional and very trustworthy. Everyone that works there has a passion for Montessori curriculum and make educated decisions when working with the kids. I won’t send my daughter anywhere else. – Stephanie Brown
